Setting up DNS for
ISDN ISP (needed to load web pages).
Our DNS servers are 208.68.236.201 & 208.68.236.202.
You will need to change this in your connection manager TCP/IP properties or your
router.

Hardware or ISDN line
problems.
Unfortunately ISDN ISP cannot assist you in any problems that you might encounter with the
ISDN line itself. You will need to contact your local telephone company that you have your
line through to fix any problems caused by your ISDN line. If you are having hardware
problems and you didn't buy the hardware from ISDN ISP, then we recommend you visit the
hardware manufactures website.

News server - news.isponly.net, log in as you would your dial up account, not your email
address! Please note you must be subscribed to this service to use it. You must have a
username with the @isponly.net realm. If you signed up for news groups, and did not
receive a @isponly.net username, then please give us a call at 1-866-248-3323.

Information Related to Invoices
You may notice a $3 charge related to Invoicing on your Invoice account when you
receive your invoice. This charge is to cover the paper billing. If you do not want to be
charged the fee, please think about other options such as our Automatic Draft Option via
your Checking Account, or using a Credit Card. Please be sure to send all your invoice
